(パンク的な側面からスポットを当てたユニークな編集が光るジャパニーズ・グループ・サウンド・コレクションの第一弾。60'sリイシューのエキスパートであるビッグビート・レーベルから出ているだけあり選曲も適格かつマニアック。スパイダースやアウトキャスツ、ブルージーズなどをともかくも、プレイボイーズやクーガース、ヴォルテイジなどかなりディープなところまで掘り下げているのが凄い。もちろん音質も良く、英語ですが素晴らしいライナーも付いているのが嬉しい。GSをもう一度聞いてみようかなと思わせる会心作です。)
